It has been Mr. Vibhu Agarwal's (Founder & CEO) prospective vision, hard work and superior leadership style that led Jaypeeco India to become the backbone of major national & multi-national companies throughout India. His altruistic attitude and hunger for providing more to people have given birth to a cluster of businesses & a charitable trust named after his father Shri Jai Prakash Ji, the trust was initiated after the demise of his father in 1990. In fact the name Jaypeeco also has its roots from Shri Jai Prakash Ji’s name.
A cement manufacturing plant was also established soon after the launch of Jaypeeco India Pvt. Ltd. but had to be shut down due to unforeseen circumstances, Mr. Vibhu Agarwal is a true example of persistence and hard work, despite failing many times on the professional front he never gave up on trying again. Recently the group has launched a video-on-demand (VOD) subscription-based video entertainment app by the name of Ullu, which has led the group to step into the entertainment industry as well.

Another great feat towards the societal welfare is the establishment of CBSE affiliated Jaypee Convent Schools with a vision to educate and empower the rural populace around Lucknow.
